Register your organisation and administrator account. Your profile will remain Pending Approval until the verification documents are reviewed. Corporate email OTP verification is required.

What you’ll submit Company profile + Admin profile + Authorization letter + SSM certificate.
Verification OTP to corporate email → Manual approval by admin team.
Activation Once approved, you’ll receive an email and can start uploading Rescue Sheets & ERG.

Section 1: Organization Profile (The Entity)

This establishes who the company is.

Required for Malaysian verification.
Choose the most accurate type.
Which brands are you authorized to represent? (comma separated)
Street / building / unit number.
Optional.
Optional generic notifications email (e.g., safety@company.com).

Section 2: Account Administrator (The Person)

This person will have Super Admin rights to add other users later.

Admin
Must match company domain (no Gmail/Yahoo).

Section 3: Verification Documents (The Proof)

Account stays Pending Approval until your documents are reviewed.
